Grass Clippings (Fund IV) has purchased Rolling Hills Golf Course in Tempe, Arizona, with plans to transform it into a fun and inclusive golf experience. They are making significant renovations, including adding a fully functional bar on the 8th tee, revamping the clubhouse restaurant, and installing more than 70 bright lights around the course to allow for nighttime play, a first in Arizona. Rolling Hills aims to offer a casual and welcoming environment, in contrast to traditional country clubs, and reopened with new grass on November 3, with night golf planned for December.
