The restaurant will feature authentic Mexican cuisine made with fresh, local ingredients, alongside a craft cocktail program. Glenrosa Bar, already open, offers drinks, live music, and lawn games. The launch complements the recently renovated, fully-lit night golf course, enhancing Grass Clippings as a premier golf, dining, and entertainment destination.
